The best part about our Leasing & Management Service is that we include Leasing Services for Free for as long as your property is under our management. Once your property is leased, we take over the job of being the Landlord for you. We offer this service for homeowners with existing tenants as well. We handle rent collection and enforce late payments, repair requests, coordinate trusted vendors and pricing for required work, emergency calls, twice per year inspections, insurance claims, Residential Tenancy Branch disputes, lease re-negotiations, Strata communication, bylaw fine investigation and dispute, and more.

Leasing Services: Full Service
$500 up front + $1,500 once services are complete
Our Leasing by Agent Service includes professional photos, ad copy and template for your approval, paid marketing on the most popular rental platforms, our powerful text message marketing service for the fastest prospect engagement and management, 24/7 scheduling for in-person or virtual showings, full screening and verification of all applications (affordability, references, credit history, sensibility), a strong template lease & deposit collection to close the deal, Strata communication (Form K, elevator lock down, etc.), key cutting, fob ordering, and move in inspection.

Leasing Services: Marketing Only
$500 up front + $1,000 once services are complete
Our Leasing by Owner Service includes everything from our Leasing Service and more: we train you how to show your home, and we set you up with our scheduling service to make showing appointments incredibly easy to handle; you just show up! For those who want to meet the prospects and save some money at the same time, this service gives you the front line experience and knowledge of how your property is performing, with none of the painful work.
