We love educating and engaging our homeowner clients with their property and the process, however, this is done at your leisure. Once we have the keys for your home, you can sit back and enjoy our clear communication, valuable reporting, and quick processes.

Visit our "Homeowner & Landlord Services" page for access to our "Rental Rate Assessment" tool. Our team will look over your request using public listings, our internal real data, as well as our marketing activity from our current listings to advise you on the best price to go to market at.

The time from listing a property to lease signing to lease start varies per property, but across our portfolio, it takes 15 days from listing to lease signing, and another 15 days from leasing signing to lease start.

While we have an incredibly high rent collection rate (>99.5% from 2018-2023), if there is a situation where your tenant stops paying rent and you are a Full Service Management client, our services include the management and filing of the dispute and eviction process. If a tenant needed to be evicted, there are additional costs to 3rd parties (court, bailiff, etc.), but again, this is an incredibly rare situation in our portfolio and in today's economy.
