Most properties rent within 15–45 days. Timing depends on pricing, demand, and seasonality. Move-ins are typically completed within 2–3 weeks following lease signing. We provide weekly performance reports with real data, so you can see exactly how your listing is performing.

We have a rent collection rate of over 99%. If a tenant falls behind or a tenancy issue escalates, we manage the process end-to-end — legal notices, RTB dispute filing, and hearings are included with management. Eviction-related third-party costs (RTB/court fees, bailiff, movers, locksmith, etc.) are paid by the owner if required.
