Very thorough, professional and friendly. I used the services of Greater Vancouver Tenant & Property Management when I rented a place for my family in Burnaby. We were new to the area, and they were very thorough with explaining us the rules, and expectations. They also ran a very detailed, thorough and fair background check on us. As we moved forward with the lease, I was very impressed by their professionalism. During the tenancy, they made themselves available and showed us great flexibility when required.
