Don’t rent through anybody else! They are easy to work with, great communication, and always transparent. I’ve dealt with a lot of property managers/companies who made me nervous and uncomfortable…not the case with Greater Vancouver Tenant & Property Management. They are educated, tuned into the market, and just a great property management company all around.
